Description:
Ichijo Harumi (Kanno Miho), a temp office lady, is suddenly fired by her company because of the recession. Then she receives an invitation letter from Watsuji Mako (Tanimura Mitsuki), a girl pal during her days as a cabaret club employee, to spend New Year with her at the Watsuji holiday villa in Hokkaido. However, a tragedy that no one expected unfolds at the villa when Harumi visits. During dinner one night, Mako is summoned by her uncle, Yohei (Tsugawa Masahiko) and leaves the table but reappears spattered with blood, gripping a knife in her hand. Yoshie (Maya Miki), Mako’s mother, does not want to bring her in to the police. Furthermore, they cannot report Mako as the murderer if they wish to protect the reputation of the family name. Harumi also aligns herself with the Watsujis and conspires to engage in deception …
